The urge may be there to keep that throttle pinned because it is almost irresistible to do so. In only 4.2 seconds you will be at 60mph, in 9.5 seconds you will be at 100mp, and in 12.5 seconds you will be at a whopping 116 mph. These speeds can rival the Ferrari F430 as well as the BMW M5, but can completely humiliate the BMW M3. Now that is some serious speed for such a weighty car.
Inside is just as wonderful if not more so with supportive front bucket seats with lumbar support, and thigh and bolster adjustments. Just the steering wheel alone gives a whole new meaning to this car with one of the sportiest steering wheels you can ever put your hands on legally. The 7-speed automatic transmission makes it easy to drive this remarkably performing car.
The downfalls to this vehicle are great however. With a price tag of $92,575 which is just the base price it can be a high ticket item without necessarily the look of such a vehicle. While it is unmistakably beautiful this car that purrs like a kitten is a rare buy for most people looking to spend that kind of money.
It also does not come available in a coupe, so for some that do not want the convertible look this car may not even be an option which is a shame. Also, if you have a heavy foot this may not be the car for you because once you turn on the stability control the extra-stiff AMG suspension sends noticeable tremors through the steering wheel sending you to angles that you may not be used to. If you decide not to use the stability control then you have a perfectly wonderful and friendly vehicle, but then why are you paying such a high price?
Even with the lows of this vehicle it may be worth looking into if you are looking for a sport car that spells out class and elegance. Just be prepared to hand over a very large chunk of change.
